We ask you to behave appropriately when in and around School. If you choose not to do this, reluctantly, you could be banned from the premises. The Code of Conduct Policy gives you more information about this.
Children are not born with an understanding of the rules of acceptable behaviour – they have to learn them, and need adults’ help to do this.
A common-sense approach to ‘being nice’:
We value the power of working with “Parents as Partners”. We totally understand that your child is special to you and there might be times when – unintentionally – you get upset. We will always do our best to help you. However, you have a duty to behave appropriately in and around School. Any inappropriate or discriminatory behaviour (whether prejudice, racism, religious intolerance/extremism, homophobia, bullying, sexism, disproportionate anger/shouting, abusive remarks, rude or persistent vexatious/threatening behaviour) could result in you being banned under the School’s Code of Conduct Policy.
